Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our UK warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm (GMT), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer free standard UK shipping on every order. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within the UK.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at newhopeseller20@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
